Located in the heart of the Kentucky Bluegrass, Blackwood Stables is a 300 acre full-service facility specializing in starting young horses, rehabilitating and training racing-age horses, and preparing horses for public auction.

Located in Versailles, Kentucky, Blackwood Stables features a one-mile dirt track, 60’ fully-enclosed round pen with 8’ walls, 14’ x 14’ stalls in breezy cement block barns, ample turnout, and miles of land to hack and trail ride young horses.
